The blazing ball of fire,
And in the heat, this liar;
Walks up and down,
Goes all around.
In times of recession,
Money is his priciest possession.
Struggling hard to sell,
All the items in his bags.
Though he doesn't feel well,
The company shouldn' t crash,
From Riches to rags.
Stepping down from a mansion,
Before entering another,
Across the busy street,
Percieves a group of children,
Frolicking in the summer heat.
Some who picked up gravel & stones,
Those, unfortunate not to find a home.
Never had a chance to go to school,
Never experienced the AC's cool.
Hardwork was all they knew,
And bonus was none,
Dancing under the tap water,
Was their idea for fun.
In their frayed ensemble,
On their swarthy skin,
They looked disparate;
But were brothers akin.
Of the stroking sun & the burning breeze,
It seemed they were all unaware.
Forgetting their troubles, worries & hardships,
They just didn't care !
He then realized,
Not a moment to spare,
In these troubled times,
He must beware.
Small things in life teach a big lesson,
The summer heat, similar to recession,
Was just a metamorphosis in clime.
To be chased by the flooding showers.
The shares that seemed at an all- time low.
Would very soon be, on the go.
Each moment of every weather,
Should be tried,
Like the beating rain, & the falling snow,
Summer heat must be apprised.
And in the heat, this liar;

Goes all around.

The penultimate stanza reads a bit like prose, but overall it's a nice poem. Nicer template and picture. =)And nice title for the blog too.
